Our History

Our firm began in 1977 as Bashey & Associates. When Mike Bashey retired in 2000, Marc Hutchinson and Rick Walter took the helm, and the firm's name was changed to Hutchinson & Walter.

Now owned by Dominique (Nika) Toce, we have grown to over 30 employees. With expertise in a wide variety of tax and accounting matters on our team, we are passionate about partnering with clients for the long term: to achieve their business and life goals, navigate changes, and plan for the future.
